There are several Real Estate Investors Associations in the nearby areas which also focus on goals similar to ours. We are well networked with these REIAs. You can also find out more about them by visiting their websites.

The NYC REIA (http://www.reiaofnyc.com/) is founded by Joseph V. Scorese and Christopher Urso, both of whom have extensive experience in real estate investment and trading in the New York City area. The NYC REIA also conducts a variety of events designed to help real estate investors, property buyers and sellers who are located in and around New York City.

The NJ REIA (http://www.njreia.com/) is founded by Wendy Patton, also the author of the bestselling book ‘Rent to Sell’. This group covers many different aspects of real estate investment in the New Jersey area.

The Garden State REIA (http://www.gsreia.com/) is a forum for real estate investors that provides a number of educational and motivational services for housing providers, property owners and real estate investors.

The South Jersey Investors (http://www.southjerseyinvestors.com/) are dedicated to helping people maximize their profits in real estate investing by providing information and education related to real estate investment opportunities and ideas.
