At The West Jersey Real Estate Investors Association, we offer monthly events that have been specially designed to help you realize your goals of financial freedom by investing in real estate.

Our monthly meetings are scheduled for the Fourth Thursday of each month. In addition, we offer specialized discussions and seminars held by experienced speakers. These topics are designed to help you learn more about the subject of real estate investment. Some of our past discussions have been about topics such as:

• Buying properties to flip

• Buying properties to rehab and flip

• Buying properties to hold for long term income

• Buying properties for capital gains

The members of The West Jersey Real Estate Investors Association also gather together every month to play the Cash Flow Game™ designed by Robert Kiyosaki of ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ fame. The game is designed to help you understand and explore your investment philosophies and gain an invaluable insight into your own strengths as an investor.

These events are designed to help you learn and share information about:

• Methods of investing in real estate

• How to find good properties

• Provide a forum to promote properties

• Connect with investors
