The West Jersey Real Estate Investors Association is a platform to network, learn and explore the different investment opportunities presented in real estate. There are many such associations in the greater New York area, however, we offer locations that are conveniently local, and people you can meet from the surrounding area.

Here, you can learn more about the various real estate investment opportunities by attending the seminars conducted by experienced speakers on related topics. You can also explore numerous investment philosophies and ideas by joining in the Cash Flow Game™ that was specially designed by Robert Kiyosaki of ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ fame.

The West Jersey REIA is led by Ulka Rodgers and Richard Anderson. With over 37 years of combined real estate experience, they are both experienced and well informed in the field of real estate investment.

Ulka_Rodgers_compr-webUlka Rodgers founded The West Jersey Real Estate Investors Association to facilitate networking and information exchange between investors. She has been a real estate investor for a few years, working both individually and also through the Leveraged Fractional Ownership LLC. She is also a full time real estate agent with REMAX Competitive Edge, her second career. In an earlier life, she ran her own systems management consulting business for over 15 years with revenues exceeding 3 million a year. Ulka has also authored several technical books about database products like Oracle, and been a key presenter at various national and international conferences. Her aim is to follow the philosophy of Robert Kiyosaki – to get out of the rat-race, while building enough passive income to cover expenses.

Richard Anderson is a long-time investor with a significant portfolio of income and vacation properties. He is a former realtor, and a builder with many multi-unit developments in his past career. He specializes in investing in historical properties, rehabilitation of such properties to gain tax credits and other benefits, and holding properties for long term gain. He is a founder of Leveraged Fractional Ownership LLC, a company that facilitates ownership of investment properties with small investment by each fractional owner.

Ulka and Richard form a team designed to help you succeed. Their strong points are:
